Following the traditional standards of the middle ages, we will begin the feast with soup that satisfied 14th century families. Wholesome and good, heated in our spectacular fireplace and served piping hot right out of the kettle. Bread will be served to soak up the broth.
Our Royal Feast, served at your table in our gigantic Gasthaus pan will satisfy the greatest of kings. The main feast begins with mouth watering ribs, succulent duck, our famous schnitzel, tender pork chops, bratwurst and other goodies. Keeping with the western world's idea of proper nutrition, red cabbage and sauerkraut will be consumed off of flat tin plates. The Gasthaus's famous spatzle, dumplings and pan fried potatoes are sure to please the hungriest of travelers. The royal feast in the traditional manner is provided in a spectacular, cozy setting including your server in costume.
Our "all you can eat" evening prepared by the Valley's finest in European Dining, will serve each course in its entirety, leaving enough time for talk and music. A good Medieval Feast will last for hours. Wines and ales are recommended throughout the feast. Sweets are saved for last. Upon request, our decadent dessert tray will leave no nobleman or lady of the realm wanting more...
